Hamburger Heaven was established in 1982 and has since opened four locations serving the Birmingham, Alabama area. We offer your favorite traditional American dishes including hamburgers and cheeseburgers, french fries, hand breaded chicken tenders, hot dogs, shakes, sandwiches, and breakfast made fresh to order. We do everything the old-fashioned way. No matter what you order, we make sure that it’s done right every time.
All of our hamburgers are made using fresh ground beef that is delivered daily. We use only the highest quality meats, earning us the titles of #1 hamburger by USA Today in 1992 and several Best Burgers in Birmingham awards throughout the years.
Our promise is that your food is not made until you order it! We do not use frozen patties or prepackaged deli meat. Each fresh never frozen hamburger patty is hand weighed, hand pressed flat and seasoned. It is then charbroiled and finished on the grill for that home cooked burger taste you and your family love. Our sandwiches are made with the highest quality deli meat. We use cured Hormel ham and the best quality smoked turkey that is sliced daily. All of our lettuce, tomato, and onions are piled high onto all of our sandwiches and prepared daily.
Making sure you get the best quality meal at the best price is our goal. Stop by for lunch or dinner at any of our locations, or rise and shine for breakfast at our Highway 280, Gardendale, or Homewood locations.

History
In 1982, Jack Caddell opened his hamburger heaven restaurant in Irondale, Alabama. In 1992 he sold his local landmark to Pete Flach. Pete then opened his second location on Hwy 280 in 1997. Our Homewood and Gardendale locations are the most recent additions. All of our restaurants are locally owned and operated by our friendly dedicated staff.
